Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using BetRent Ethiopia ("Service"), you agree to these Terms.

2. Account types

You may register as a Property Owner, Broker, or Buyer/Renter. Brokers must accurately represent that they list on behalf of owners. Broker fees, when applicable, are disclosed on the listing.

3. Listings

Owners and Brokers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and images of their listings. Prohibited: fraudulent, discriminatory, or unlawful listings.

4. Payments

Listing fees are payable in ETB via approved methods. Approved payments grant listing credits per your selected package. Super Admins may reject or refund payments where policy requires.

5. No agency

BetRent is a marketplace. We are not a party to any rental or sale agreement between users. Verify counterparties and property details before transacting.

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from Settings.
